Gassan Al-Kibsi is a senior partner at McKinsey and is the Managing Partner of McKinsey and Company Saudi Arabia. Gassan's primary professional and personal focus is to support employment and opportunity creation for the youth in the MENA region. Since 2000, he has been working with policy makers and leading organizations in several countries to accelerate investments, economic growth, entrepreneurship and skill building for the youth.
Gassan also supports the establishment of philanthropic organizations based in the region whose aim is to fight disease and poverty and create a more dignified life for children and youth in over 50 countries. Gassan serves on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Waed), WorldLinks Arab Region, a NGO that improves education through use of technology. Gassan has written numerous articles some of which have become teaching material for several Asian universities.
Gassan received his BS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (valedictorian), an MS in Operations Research from MIT, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management (highest honors). Gassan was the recipient of National Distinction Award was selected to be a Young Arab Leader in 2005. Gassan Al-Kibsi was also selected as the World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2014.
